We only provide returns for damaged goods. To be eligible for a return, you have to show a product opening video so we can clearly see that the product arrived was damaged.

In order to initiate a return for a damaged product, you have to go to 'Contact Us' section of the website and mention 'Received Damaged Product' as the first line of the message and leave your number. Our team will reach out to you in 48 hours and ask you to show the product opening video.

If your return is accepted by our team, you will have to pack the parcel safely to ensure it reaches our warehouse safely. You will also be provided with a label on your email that you have to paste on the return parcel. Once it reaches our warehouse, and checked by the team your refund or replacement will be processed further.


We do not provide refunds, however if you have received a damaged product and our team has accepted your concern then you will get a voucher of the same amount which you can use for a later purchase on the website.
